Depending on the size
and complexity of the network, our outsource engineer provides technical
services under the direction of our client for a predetermined number of hours
every week. The designated outsource engineer will focus on gaining the
knowledge of your existing environment to better support your existing system.
In addition, the engineer will be able to offer consulting advice on the
implementation of new computer / network technology.
Project
Management/Deployment
Our
outsource IT engineer the technical skills necessary to assist with the
management and deployment of IT initiatives. These projects range in scope from
desktop deployment, hardware & software upgrades, server migrations to
application deployments across the enterprise. Projects can be short or long
term.
LAN Administration
Many clients are
unable to employ a full time computer network administrator to keep their
computer networks updated with the latest security patches, manage the network
backup and respond to user issues at the desktop. In this situation, our IT engineers
take over all the required LAN administration tasks as well as the daily break
